We offer free delivery on all our items to mainland UK. Some larger items may occur an additional charge if they aere being delivered to the following areas: N. Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands/Scilly Islands, Isle Of Man & Isle of Wight.
If for any reason your item is delivered damaged, we will repair or replace your item free of charge, provided that you sign for the item as damaged (where a signature is required) If it is visible. We must be made aware of any such damage within 24 hours of it's receipt. The 24 Hour Period does not include Weekends.
If your item has been confirmed lost in post we will replace the goods, Provided that we have been notified of it being lost in post within 21 days of our shipping date. Please note Lost in post items must be in the post for a minimum of 10 Days. This does not include returns, In the instant of a return to us being lost in post the sender of the item is responsible for it.
Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only and the Seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods however caused. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence of the Contract unless previously agreed by the Seller in Writing. The Goods may be delivered by the Seller in advance of the quoted delivery date on giving reasonable notice to the Buyer.
If the Seller fails to deliver the Goods (or any instalment) for any reason other than any cause beyond the Seller’s reasonable control or the Buyer’s fault, and the Seller is accordingly liable to the Buyer, the Seller’s liability shall be limited to the excess (if any) of the cost to the Buyer (in the cheapest available market) of similar goods to replace those not delivered over the price of the Goods.
Should anything go wrong with your item and it turns faulty within 30 days of purchase, you can return it back to us for a replacement or full refund.
After 30 Days we are no longer able to offer a full refund for faulty items, instead we offer either a partial refund or store credit. The amount of store credit or refund will be decided by After Hours Computers LTD
Changed Your Mind?
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, should you change your mind about an item, you can return it back to us within 7 days of receipt of your goods.
Items must be returned unopened and unused in a brand new condition. A deduction will be made from the refund to cover the original carriage charge and the return carriage is your responsibility. Please note: If the item is recieved damaged, we will reject the return or only provide a partial refund.
After Hours Computers Limited cannot accept any responsibility for any loss in transit returns. Your statuary rights are not affected. All manuals, cables, packaging, etc. are to be included in the return.
We try to resolve every RMA as quickly as possible, but if after 30 days there is no further action on your part, the RMA will automatically close.
You should always check that the contact information you provide is correct before creating a customer account or proceeding to payment.
You are responsible for maintaining your own email address and password, where required to access your customer account. You should ensure that you store your email address and password securely and that the details required to access your customer account are not provided to another party.
As a customer you are responsible for your customer account and actions taken within it. If you are aware or suspect that your customer account username, email and password or other details have become known to a third party, you should inform us immediately.
We reserve the right to alter all product details and Titles without notice. If you have an order for an item which has been changed we will try and notify you.

Warranty and Guarantees
All our items come with a 12 month guarantee, In the 12 month period if anything goes wrong we will replace the item for you, if a replacement is unavailable then we will find a suitable replacement. After 30 days of ownership of the items a refund is no longer available, however if you would not like a replacement we will offer you store credit or a partial refund up to a value of our choosing. The value we will choose will be decided by taking many factors into consideration such as length of time owned, current value and how the item has been treated.
Return Costs are Paid by the buyer if the item is over 30 days old.
Some items will come with more then a 12 month guarantee, however after 12 months the manufacturer is responsible for the item, except if the item is one of the following brands: Razer & Roccat. On those brands we will deal with the full warranty.
Warranties on Turtle Beach Products are handled by Lygo International LTD after 30 days. Contact details will be provided for them once an formal return request is made via our ticket system.
